Sarah Jennings
Sarah has been working as a teacher/naturalist with Massachusetts Audubon Society since 1993. She has a degree in botany from Connecticut College. Sarah has worked as a naturalist on the Gulf of Florida, participated in research on wading birds in Belize, and studied tropical biology in the Virgin Islands. She has spent a summer as a botanist-intern for the Center for Biological Conservation and was a seasonal naturalist at Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary on Cape Cod for two summers. As teacher-naturalist she directs the summer day camp, gives teacher workshops, and is a naturalist-in-residence in local elementary schools. Sarah has led trips to Cape May, in spring for warblers and in fall for hawks; she has led Cape Cod seal cruises, and given workshops on wildflowers.
